About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist in Charge to join a strong independent pharmacy, with a heavy focus on counselling and clinical services. The culture that exists in this pharmacy is one that continually strives to provide exceptional service to our community. This pharmacy always upgrading their skills and involved in continuing education. You will be working with several pharmacists and supported by dispensary assistants, a graduate and pharmacy assistants. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who want to maximise their professional skills in a friendly team environment.

About our Ideal Candidate:
* You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You are a strong team player and able to lead a team
* You are able to work in a fast-paced environment
* You oversee 7CPA claiming and implementation
* You are able to implement additional services when required
* You are friendly and approachable, and have a passion for getting involved with the local community
* You are business-minded with a reasonable grasp of the financial side of the business

The Blue Mountains is situated within a World Heritage area offering a unique, relaxing environment for that perfect lifestyle. Many Blue Mountains businesses supply products and services distributed across Sydney, nationally and around the world. Approximately 1.5 hours from Sydney (100km). Accessible by rail.

About the Offer:
A very attractive remuneration package on offer of $55 an hour plus super with travel allowance! You will be working full-time with a Tuesday to Saturday with a higher rate on Saturdays Relocation paid if required.

The pharmacy is open 8:30am to 7pm Mon to Fr and 8:30am to 6pm Saturdays. It is a high script volume pharmacy using LOTS working with other pharmacists and support of a team of dispense techs and assistants. There are a few OTP customers and webster packs.
