About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join the team at a pharmacy on a six month contract commencing ASAP with the possibility of ongoing employment . This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing pharmacy brands in Australia. This brand is constantly evolving to find better ways of delivering health, beauty and medicinal products and services to their valued customers. At the pharmacy you will be working in a team of pharmacists, dispense techs and experienced pharmacy assistants we provide a wide range of pharmacy services including vaccination services - Flu, Covid-19, Travel Vaccines and Medicines by injection (currently in development). We will be expanding our scope of practice for our pharmacists and pharmacy in line with changes in NSW Pharmacy Standards and Pharmacist Scope of Practice update, with training provided to our pharmacists and staff . You will have all the support you need to be a pharmacist who enhances the customer experience and health outcomes of each patient.

About the Location:
The pharmacy is located in a busy shopping centre in Newcastle NSW which provides city lifestyle and great beaches, cultural events, restaurants and cafes with easy access to the Hunter Valley, vibrant shopping precincts and a great lifestyle.

The Offer:
Three - six month contract on offer with the possibility of ongoing employment.
You will be working up to 30 hours per week on 2 week roster (Wednesday to Sunday) with alternate weekends off. Attractive hourly rate of $70/ hr +super weekdays, $80/hr + super Saturday and $85/hr + super Sundays on offer for the right candidate. Weekdays you will work alongside our pharmacist and dispense team and weekends you will be a sole pharmacist with the help of a dispense tech.
