About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and hard working full-time Pharmacist Manager to join and lead our team. You will be supported by a strong team consisting of another Pharmacist, an intern and a working owner as well as knowledgeable dispense techs and pharmacy assistants. As Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee dispensary and retail staff, manage professional services and initiatives, promote a customer-centric healthcare experience, provide training and motivation to the team, inventory management, dispense and check prescriptions, provide counselling and advice on medication and OTC products, vaccinations and more.

About our Ideal Candidate:
*You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You have good attention to detail
* You have strong leadership skills and able to lead a team to ensure success
* You have the ability to prioritise different tasks
* You are friendly and reliable
* You have good organisational and management skills
* You are able to work well in a team environment
* You have good computer skills
* You have previous management or PIC experience is beneficial
* You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation preferred

About the Offer:
You will be required to work full time hours on a Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9-1pm roster at an attractive salary of $130k based on experience. Future partnership also on offer for the right candidate.
