Here’s what Sue said after attending Michelle’s 2-day Persuasive Presentation Skills Masterclass:
“Awesome 2 days! I loved learning about the structure I can use to format a great presentation. There is so much to learn in the 2 days which is invaluable. Just loved learning.”

9 months later Michelle interviewed Sue to find out how she was tracking with her presenting and public speaking. Here’s a copy of their chat:
What kind of presenting do you do at work?
I love when I am asked to present at Pharmacy Schools across Australian Universities. The students make for a great audience. I have also presented at the offices of The Pharmacy Guild, and I’ve delivered an online presentation for The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia via Zoom.
What prompted you to study with Michelle?
I heard Michelle present at a Business Blueprint Conference and just loved her energy and humour. Listening to her content made me want to do her masterclass in order to improve what I was doing which was really just “winging it”!
How did Michelle’s teaching change your attitude to presenting in business?
After attending Michelle’s masterclass I realised that there was a formula and structure to apply when presenting, and if you follow this, the outcome is so much more effective for everyone involved. I am motivated to review Michelle’s structure before presenting to remind myself of what I need to remember to do to serve the audience and achieve my outcomes.
In general, what positive outcomes have you achieved from improving your presentation skills?
Unfortunately Covid-19 has slowed down the opportunities to present but hopefully this will change soon. I recently delivered a “live” presentation in Newcastle to the Pharmacy students from Newcastle University. Experiencing a ‘live’ audience is so much better than Zoom. I was the second speaker of the night and afterwards I was told that my opening story was a great ice breaker. My best compliment for the evening was that I, “owned the room”.
I now know that when the time comes to take a step back from the day to day running of my business, I will be excited about presenting on a more regular basis.
In what specific ways have your presentation skills improved since learning with Michelle?
I have definitely improved on my eye contact, my stance (where and how to stand), managing objections so everyone is open minded to the content I’m covering, and building rapport so people are with me from the start.
What were your top three take-aways from Michelle’s masterclass?
1. Rehearse. Rehearsal is key to confidence and achieve your outcomes.
2. Icebreaker. If you hook the audience beautifully in the start they’ll stay with you throughout the rest of your message.
3. Negative and positive consequences at the end as an extra summary to motivate the audience to take the action I want!
Why do you think everyone should do Michelle’s masterclass?
Michelle’s masterclass is great value and is loaded with invaluable content.
Her style is engaging and she makes the masterclass a fun filled experience for everyone who attends. The feedback from Michelle as well as the other attendees is extremely helpful and not in any way confronting. It is guaranteed to make you think outside the box and transform you into a far better speaker than when you first walked through her doors.
Note from Michelle Bowden: Thanks Sue! I am so pleased to have been able to help you. And you have taken the lessons and made them suit your style and your needs and excelled. Three cheers for you!
