URGENT Locum required for minimum of 8 weeks in a busy community pharmacy, approx 60 minutues away from Adelaide

Wed- 9am-12.30pm

** Week 2 - Roster

Mon, Tues, Wed- 9am-6pm
Thurs - 9am-5pm
Fri -10am-3pm

Working hours = 76 per fortnight (38 per week)


Job Specifications:
Minfos Dispense,250+Rx Weekday, 2nd Pharmacist (9am-3pm) Sole Pharmacist on Weekend, 150 - 100 Rx. Disp Tech, Webster packs, great staff support.

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and driving business performance. Reporting to the Multi-Site Owner, this role supervises a team including the Retail Manager, Assistants, and Technicians.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing accurate healthcare advice and promoting customer loyalty programs.
Driving sales, strategic planning, and maximizing service income.
Leading and coaching the team, overseeing recruitment, performance reviews, and compliance with HR procedures.
Managing dispensary operations, stock control, and regulatory requirements (PBS, NHS, QCPP).
Maintaining workplace safety and supporting a positive, values-driven team culture.
Rate Weekday - $65/hr + Super. Travel (from anywhere) and Accommodation covered
