About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Manager to join our team in a permanent full time role, working Monday -Saturday with Sundays off. You will be the sole Pharmacist, supported by two experienced dispense technicians and three additional staff. The pharmacy operates with LOTS dispense software and manages an average of 150 prescriptions per day weekdays. As Pharmacist Manager your responsibilities will include dispensing and checking prescriptions, counselling on medications to achieve optimal outcomes, clinical interventions, medschecks, and other 8CPA's, managing stock orders , provide support to the pharmacy team,establishing strong relationships within the local community and managing the daily operations of the pharmacy.

About our Ideal Candidate:
*You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have strong communications and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer services skills
* You are reliable and trustworthy
* You are friendly and approachable
* You are hardworking and not afraid to get out on the shop floor
* You are accredited to vaccinate is desirable but not essential
* You have previous management or PIC experience.
*You are familiar with cannabis dispensing

The Offer:
Full time hours on a Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-12pm roster. We are offering a competitive $150K package, inclusive of salary, super, accommodation allowance.
