About The Role:
We are seeking a full time Pharmacist Manager to join and lead our team in a busy community pharmacy located approximately 15km south west of Sydney CBD. Our ideal candidate has previous Managerial experience is self-motivated, enjoys counselling and engaging with customers, has excellent leadership abilities and organisational skills and can work well under pressure. As Pharmacist Manager your responsibilities will include dispensing and checking prescriptions, counselling on medications to achieve optimal outcomes, achieving dispensary KPIs such as clinical interventions, medschecks, and other 8CPAs, managing stock orders , provide support to the pharmacy team, training and motivating all staff,establishing strong relationships within the local community and
managing the daily operations of the pharmacy.

* You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You have good attention to detail
* You have strong leadership skills and able to lead a team
* You have the ability to prioritise different tasks
* You are friendly and reliable
* You have good organisational skills
* You have previous management or PIC experience.

The Offer:
Full time hours on offer , ideally working 7.5 hours per day. Competitive, negotiable rate based on experience
This pharmacy trades seven days a week with hours extending from 9am to 10:30pm.
