About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, driven and hard working full time Pharmacist Manager to join our team. As Pharmacist Manager you will lead a highly skilled and supportive team consisting of three pharmacists, a dispensary co-ordinator, two pharmacy technicians, and four retail staff. We are seeking a professional with at least three years of experience practising in Australia, strong leadership skills, a high level of clinical knowledge, and a proven background in community pharmacy. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care with the goal of developing relationships with customers, ensuring continued repeat business and long-term success of the Pharmacy. You will oversee dispensary and retail staff, provide training and motivation to the team, inventory management, dispense and check prescriptions, provide counselling and advice on medication and OTC products, vaccinations and more
About our Ideal Candidate:
*You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You have good attention to detail
* You have strong leadership skills and able to lead a team to ensure success
* You have the ability to prioritise different tasks
* You are friendly and reliable
* You have good organisational and management skills
* You are able to work well in a team environment
* You have good computer skills
* You have previous management or PIC experience is beneficial
* You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation preferred

The Offer:
This full time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $60–$65 per hour + super on a negotiable, flexible full time roster.
