About the Role:
Are you an experienced Pharmacist ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a full time Pharmacist Manager to lead our dynamic team in a large format, high transaction pharmacy that combines a strong retail focus with full-scope clinical services.
As Pharmacist Manager, you’ll oversee a high volume pharmacy, managing 500 scripts per day, thriving health checks, and a strong retail presence. This role offers the opportunity to build on success, embrace new challenges, and lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll be supported by an experienced Group Pharmacy Manager, with structured on boarding, hands-on training, and a clear career pathway. Your focus will be on leading our team, delivering outstanding customer care, upholding professional standards, and building lasting relationships to drive growth and ensure the pharmacy’s long-term success.

Located along the stunning Western Australian coastline approximately 45 minutes drive South of Perth CBD, this vibrant seaside destination offers a perfect blend of coastal charm and urban convenience. Known for its beautiful beaches, marine wildlife, and relaxed lifestyle, the area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, and dolphin spotting.

The Offer:
This pharmacy trades 7 days a week 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. You will be required to work full time hours on a negotiable roster. Attractive rate on offer of $65 per hour + super weekdays $70/hr + super Saturday and $75/hr + super Sunday depending on experience. Incentive Program paid quarterly.
