About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join a pharmacy in. You will be joining a friendly pharmacy to provide the customers with excellent professional services. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in pharmacy operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our front-of-shop, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, Monitor and achieve KPI's related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, implement strategies to drive continuous improvement, oversee inventory management, manage and support front of shop staff and ensure smooth daily operations, including cash handling, compliance with pharmacy regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment as well as serving on the shop floor.
