About the Role:

As a Pharmacist at Pet PA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pet pharmacy services to our clients. Working part-time in our Tweed Heads, NSW location, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, offering expert advice, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products for companion animals.


Duties:
Filling and dispensing prescriptions for a variety of pet medications
Monitoring medication usage and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Collaborating with veterinarians to optimise pet care and address any medication-related concerns
Maintaining accurate records and inventory of pharmaceutical stock
Participating in the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations and processes


About our Ideal Candidate:

Registered Pharmacist with a current license to practice in Australia
Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and veterinary professionals
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing safe and high-quality pharmaceutical care
Flexibility to work part-time hours, (Flexible start and finish times can be arranged to suit the successful candidate as long as a min of 4 hrs per day is worked)

About the Location:

This pharmacy is in a town located on the Tweed River in north-eastern New South Wales, Australia, in Tweed Shire.

A number of well-known sporting teams represent the local area, including the local rugby league club South Tweed RLFC and South Tweed Heads Colts Junior Cricket Club who play home games at Les Burger Fields. South Tweed Skate park is there, too.



The Offer:

Attractive hourly rate $70/hr + super on offer depends on experience.
