About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, hands on, experienced Full Time Pharmacist Manager looking to take their career to the next level with a forward-thinking group focused on culture, people and performance. This store belongs to a group of 70+ forward thinking pharmacies creating best-in-class pharmacy retailers and building best practice and leanings whilst having a strong focus on team culture, performance, and development. You will work to facilitate provision of great health care and service to our customers by ensuring that they are provided with the right medication and the best possible advice at every visit.
*Ensure smooth operations of the pharmacy
*Maintain high level provision of professional services
*Ensure compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy related legislation and guidelines
*Remain up to date with all legislative and professional requirements, and communicate these to your team

About our Ideal Candidate:
*Strong and effective communication skills
*Demonstrable experience in pharmacy, with problem solving and excellent customer service skills.

About the Location:
This pharmacy is situated in a popular residential suburb with a mix of commercial and industrial zones 25km SE of Melbourne CBD. It has excellent public transportation, with the Noble Park railway station and a number of bus routes servicing the area

About the Offer:
You will be working with the engaged owner who is super supportive of the store with the team of 13 permanent staff including PIC, Dispense Techs and FOS and 3 Casual. Pharmacy trading hours Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm. Flexible full time roster

Attractive hourly rate offer for a right candidate Monday to Friday $50-$55/hr, Saturday $60/hr, Sunday $65/hr + Super dependent on experience.
