About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Compounding Pharmacist Manager to join our dynamic and multi-service pharmacy team.
In this role, you will manage and lead the compounding team, working alongside a skilled team of five. You will be responsible for handling compounding requests, both via phone and email, while fostering strong relationships with customers and doctors to ensure the highest quality service and care. Your leadership will contribute directly to the ongoing success of our pharmacy. You will work alongside the Pharmacy Manager to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our community.

About our Ideal Candidate:
*You hold an unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
*You are an experienced Pharmacist with strong compounding knowledge.
*You have prior experience leading a team in a pharmacy environment.
*You are passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare and providing excellent customer service.
*You are highly organised and have excellent communication skills.

Located in an outer suburb of Melbourne approximately 20km north east of Melbourne CBD. This suburb is characterised by its abundance of green spaces, serene parks, and vibrant community atmosphere. It offers a peaceful lifestyle surrounded by nature, with plenty of walking trails and recreational areas for residents to enjoy. The local amenities include schools, shops, and cafes, providing convenience and comfort for residents

The Offer:
You will be required to work full time hours on a Monday-Friday roster attractive rate of $55-$60/hr + super based on experience.
