About the Role:
Seeking a experienced, friendly part time Retail Manager who has a talent for leading sales teams, managing POS ordering, and creating engaging in store marketing and merchandising to join and lead our team at a shopping centre pharmacy in far north Queensland.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and excels at driving retail success. As Retail Manager you will be responsible for
Focusing on growing retail sales while ensuring exceptional customer service,building strong relationships with customers and suppliers,
collaborating with the Managing Pharmacist to support front of shop operations and management, overseeing stock control, inventory management, stock takes, and monitoring stock expiry dates,
managing QCPP responsibilities alongside the Managing Pharmacist,
assisting in setting and achieving in store targets and
delegating tasks to team members and providing ongoing training through online modules and hands on mentoring.

About our Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience working in the Pharmacy industry is essential.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
*Solid understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles.
*Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
*Certificate III/IV in Community Pharmacy or a Management Qualification would be highly regarded.
