About the Role:
We are seeking a full time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to manage and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership abilities, is capable of inspiring and supporting the team to achieve their best, a strong customer centric approach and a proven track record of building meaningful relationships is essential, you will foster collaboration and efficiency within the dispensary team, while delivering high quality 8CPA professional services to our valued customers

About our Ideal Candidate:
*You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have good organisational skills
* You have the ability to prioritise different tasks
* You are passionate about community pharmacy and forward dispensing
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You have good attention to detail
* You are able to work well in a team environment
* You are friendly and approachable
* You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation

The Offer:
Full time hours on offer on a Monday - Friday and rotating weekend roster at an attractive negotiable rate based on experience.
