About the Role:
Seeking a passionate full time Pharmacist Manager who’s eager to lead, inspire, and connect with our community.
In this exciting full time role, you will be joining a friendly, efficient pharmacy that prioritises professional services and patient health outcomes, using a forward dispensing model. You will be required to manage our pharmacy operations, guide and lead a dedicated team of dispense techs and pharmacy assistants, and ensure our customers receive the best service possible as well as dispense and check prescriptions, perform 8CPA services,vaccinations and more.

You have strong leadership skills and able to lead a team to ensure success
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You have good attention to detail
* You have the ability to prioritise different tasks40
* You have good organisational and management skills
• Be responsible for staff supervision;
• Monitor and implement programs that improve store performance
* You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
*You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation

About the Location:
This pharmacy is located in the Atherton Tablelands in Far North QLD. This town is located in the far north of QLD approximately 80 km from Cairns. There are many experiences and stories of the region that you can explore. Get on the hot air balloon at dawn to see the magnificent views, discover the national parks, enjoy the fresh tropical fruits, freshly roasted coffee or a glass of locally produce wine and much more. This town is easily accessible by bus and car.


The Offer:
You will be required to work full time hours across a Monday-Friday roster at an attractive negotiable rate of $55/hr + super depending on experience.
