We are seeking a motivated and customer focused full time Retail Manager to manage and lead our team .
Your responsibilities will include to oversee daily front of shop operations ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers,
monitor and achieve KPIs related to sales,customer satisfaction and operational efficiency,implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
,oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimising shrinkage to ensure optimal stock levels and availability,
manage and support front of shop staff ensuring smooth daily operations, including cash handling, compliance with pharmacy regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment

About the Location :
Located approximately 9km kilometres from Sydney's CBD.

About the Offer:
Attractive negotiable rate on offer depending on experience. You will work full time 38 hours per week -
Tuesday 9.00AM-5.00PM
Wednesday 9.00AM-5.00PM
Thursday 11.00AM-7.00PM
Friday 8.30AM-5.00PM
Saturday 11.00AM-7.00PM
