About the Role:
Our pharmacy is pleading to have a superstar pharmacist join their team of pharmacists and assistants who love their community! We are wanting someone who will step up and take on the role of managing a store with the support of many who see the store already thrive.

In this position you are asked to take on the responsibilities of running the show and give direction to a dedicated team where you are supported by the pharmacists, dispense techs, group manager who works in the store and dedicated 4 HR managers who help you with marketing, HR, business growth and and team building.

You will be helping the team of 2 pharmacists and 2 dispense techs with about 400 scripts a day using MINFOS as well as helping with approximately 100 webster packs and a small number of OTP clients.

There are two pharmacists on for most of the day and the owner encourages his pharmacists to have mandatory toilet breaks and meal breaks! Can you imagine sitting down during the day?! No more 10 hour shifts with no breaks and coffee on the run!

If you do not like vaccinations then this job is for you! The owner has hired a nurse to concentrate on this program which in turns frees up your time to counsel, provide professional services and spending time growing and developing with the team around you.

With multiple pharmacists and a support network of other pharmacies around, the owner encourages his pharmacists to take holidays, and even sends you home when you are sick as there is appropriate cover for you!

About the Location:
The pharmacy is situated in a relatively new area which is an outer southern suburb of Perth and is approximately 45 minutes drive South of Perth CBD.

The offer:
This is a full time role with a negotiable roster. Attractive rates on offer of $60/hr + super weekdays, $65/hr + super Saturday and $65/hr + super Sundays
