About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join a pharmacy in the Whitsundays. Join a successful pharmacy who pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service, relevant, affordable and accessible products, and simple and easy access to all pharmacy services.

As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Focus on growing retail sales
- Lead and coach the sales team to live our values and deliver excellent customer service
- Providing excellent customer service and developing great customer and supplier relationships (externally and internally)
- Working collaboratively with the Managing Pharmacist to support the operations and management of the Front of Shop
- Coordinate all areas of Point of Sale including ordering, seeing reps and reporting
- Oversee ordering, stock and inventory control – including stocktakes and management of stock expiry dates
- Coordinate QCPP Responsibilities in conjunction with the Managing Pharmacist
- Assist the Managing Pharmacist with setting and achieving in store targets.
- Team member delegation and training of staff through online modules and day to day mentoring.

- Completed or ability to complete Cert IV in Community Pharmacy or equivalent management qualification.

About the Offer:

The Pharmacy is open across 7 Days and the successful applicant will be employed as Permanent Full-Time, 38 hours per week. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications. Having a Certificate III/IV in Community Pharmacy or a Management Qualification would be highly regarded.
