About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full time Managing Pharmacist to join our busy pharmacy located in the vibrant South Burnett Region of Queensland. In this role, you will be working as both a sole and second Pharmacist, joining a team who is genuinely passionate about people and the health and well-being of our community. As Pharmacist Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and mange the team, to meet all all professional and ethical requirements, as well as providing exceptional customer care with the goal of developing relationships with customers, ensuring continued repeat business and long-term success of the Pharmacy, overseeing the day-to-day dispensary operations and healthcare initiatives within the pharmacy, vaccinations and prescribing UTI medications and participating in full scope of practice roll out for Pharmacy Industry.

This position presents a real partnership opportunity within a thriving and supportive network of 18 pharmacies, providing you with the chance to invest in additional pharmacy ventures within the group

About our Ideal Candidate:
* You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You have good attention to detail
* You have strong leadership skills and able to lead a team
* You are friendly and reliable
* You have good organisational and management skills
* You have previous management or PIC experience is beneficial
* You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation .

The Offer:
You will be working full time hours which may include alternate half day Saturday shift. Attractive negotiable rate on offer of $50-$60 per hour + super based on experience. Additionally relocation assistance of up to $5.000 is also on offer for the right candidate.
