About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join a pharmacy on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Join a successful pharmacy who pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service, relevant, affordable and accessible products, and simple and easy access to all pharmacy services.
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing staff, including staff training, managing staff morale, development and teamwork
- Adhering to a brand compliant retail model
- Managing the pharmacy’s financial performance including setting budgets and targets, reporting on performance using KPIs and achieving profitability within industry standards
- Maintaining and developing customer and community engagement
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 2 years of Pharmacy experience in a management position
- You have experience implementing policies and procedures in a large banner group
- You have the ability to motivate and manage a large team
- You have knowledge of developing and working with KPI’s
- You are familiar with various computer technology including POS software
- You have a passion for retail excellence
- You maintain the highest knowledge of products and industry trends
- You have strong communication skills and excellent customer service
- You are a team player and have dedicated work ethics

This pharmacy is located on the Mid North Coast of NSW. It is home to a population of approximately 70,000. It is a beautiful place to live and work with a friendly community atmosphere, close proximity to all comforts and conveniences, stunning beaches and moderate climate year round. It lies roughly 390 km from Newcastle and 540 km from Sydney.
