We have an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to join a busy retail Pharmacy group based in Wollongong. This position would suit a pharmacist who truly enjoys interacting with customers on the shop floor. The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include:
1. Promoting excellence in customer service and enriching community engagement.
2. Proactively greeting and engaging customers
3. Using knowledge, skills and experience to provide healthcare solutions
4. Being the face of the pharmacy, walking the store and consulting with customers
5. Actively implementing PPI programs and forward dispensing

About Our Ideal Candidate:

* You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* You have excellent attention to detail
* You have the desire to work & interact with customers in front of the dispensary bench
* You have sound consultative skills
* You are motivated and enthusiastic team player
* You are a strong leader and have a good understanding of the retail environment
* You have at least 5 years of experience as a registered Pharmacist in Australia

About the Location:

This pharmacy is located in the Wollongong urban area, which is a great area for families with plenty of entertainment and recreation available. The area has a museum, sports oval, shopping village, and is right on the beach. The area is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes from Sydney and has its own light rail and bus service that runs in the area making it easy to get around.

About the Offer:

A very attractive salary starting at 95k is on offer for the right candidate based on individual’s experience. This role offers great potential for career advancement within this rapidly expanding, hugely successful pharmacy group. You will be working full-time 40 hours per week, Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Wednesday 9:00am to 5:30pm & Thursday 1:00pm to 9:00pm.
