Locum Pharmacy Assistant
Ideal for first and second year pharmacy students, this role lets you gain valuable experience in customer service, OTC sales, and pharmacy operations. Flexible shifts work around your study schedule.
Locum Dispensary Technician
Best suited for second or third year students with at least two years of dispensary experience. You’ll assist with dispensing, stock management, and prescription processing in a locum capacity.
Part-Time Pharmacy Student Roles
Work regularly in a pharmacy while studying. These roles are a great way to build skills, confidence, and strong relationships in the industry.

with NAPSA
LocumCo partners with NAPSA to support students with scholarships, work experience, and resources to help launch meaningful pharmacy careers. We sponsor the National Australian Pharmacy Students’ Association (NAPSA) and work closely with student pharmacy groups across Australia.
Through this support, LocumCo offers scholarships, part-time work, locum shifts, and helpful resources for students to succeed both during and after their studies.
